Your personal data (usernames, passwords, email addresses) can easily leak. Several years ago, I e-mailed a guy developing a desktop application. Soon, I started receiving phishing messages. Ive learnt a hard lesson. Also, more than a decade ago, an online store where I have made purchases was hacked, and my personl account leaked. Now, the e-mail address that I used there seems to circulate among cyber idiots.

So what can we do to protect ourselves from having personal accounts leak? Basically, there is nothing that we can do about it. At least, we shouldnt use the same e-mail address and password across all accounts. A negative side of using different usernames, email addresses, passwords is that you must have an organized system to quickly store and retrieve data.

Organize Essential 4 is one that lets you store personal accounts in an encrypted form. It lets you create hundreds or even thousands of accounts across different categories. If your keyboard is idle for some time, let the application protect the account screen.

3. Generate a random username or password with a click of a button.
4. Duplicate an account.
5. Move an account from one category to another.
6. Create an email list so that you can select one with a drop-down menu when you create a new account.
7. Select one of 240 icons to characterize a category.
8. Make image attachments to individual accounts.
9. Make a backup data file with a click of a button. Recover data from one.
10. Export an account record of your selection as an independent file (.oe4). Recover an account from a file under the selected category.
11.Save account data under the selected category as an XML file.
12.Save account data under the selected category as a JSON file.
13.Export all attachments across all categories.
14.Set allowed idle minutes. And let the application protect the account screen while you are away from the keyboard.
15.The application supports the appearance mode (light/dark).
16.The fullScreen mode is NOT supported.

- Limitations -

1. The application window is not resizable.
2. The application is free to use with no limitations for the first week. After the trial period ends, the user will not be able to create a new category or a new account.
3. In order to let the application protect the account screen, you must be signed in with Apple ID.
